Job Description
We are looking for full-time TELUS Wireless Outbound Sales to join our team.
Who are we
TMR Wireless is TELUS | Koodo | Public Mobile authorized dealer in Ontario.
We offer leading, trustworthy and people-centric wireless experience.
What we are looking for
Self-starting hunter. Self-initiated Salesperson.
Able to think outside of the box and constantly looking for creative solution.
Share same business value and goal with us
Hardworking and honest, with a high level of integrity, discipline and loyalty
A superior communicator who can simplify things that most people find complicated
Your responsibilities
Actively prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and door knocking as well as indirect methods including networking and events
Building trust and loyalty with key decision makers
Conduct “needs analysis” for clients’
Understanding current and prospective customers communication needs, business issues and buying motives
Delivering the right solution for client’s evolving business requirements with prompt and efficient service
Provide accurate and timely forecast, funnel management, target/objective updates to deliver on all territory plans
Promote TELUS’ reputation as a community ambassador, supporting events and building community relations
Act as a subject matter expert on TMR products and services
Job requirement
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills while dealing with business clients
Able to sell/manage business solutions and manage the client lifecycle
Selecting and qualifying profitable opportunities
Achieving sales volume objectives with business customer accounts
Ability to deliver on growth and profitability
Accomplishes goals with minimal direction or supervision while making decisions within the guidelines
