工作职责：●Manage day-to-day project aspects and tasks of the projects assigned. ●Able to create project plans for medium to large sized projects ●Maintain project plans and proactively communicate any issues/risks to stakeholders as they arise ●Organize project documentation and maintain team shared work environment ●Collect project status updates from team members, track project milestones and report to the team lead and other stakeholders ●Assist team members in the scheduling of project tasks and finding resolution to issues by driving and facilitating scheduling and problem solving meetings ●Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes and distribute to team ●Gather timesheets and produce monthly reports and report progress to Director based on a regular basis.
