工作职责：Mainly assist applicants from countries other than Chinese passports to complete visa applications, check documents and communicate with applicants. Answer a large number of consultation calls, mainly in English and French. Do the paper work and Email reply. Familiar with the process of the visa application system, regarding as: make appointments, fill in forms, prepare relevant materials, collect fingerprints on site, and give detailed instructions to applicants. Collect and review the authentication documents of the applicants for the Chinese Consulate in Montreal.
