工作职责：Team Leader – IT – Enterprise Application ﹡ Mainly focus on developing the CRM system, write detail design and configurations for the Siebel Application through the dev life-cycle. ﹡ Lead a group of developers (from China, India, Singapore and US) to design and customize the model of Subscription Renewals in Siebel. ﹡ Responsible for the customization of Siebel Application.

工作职责：IT Sr. Business System Analyst ﹡ Build up the APAC Power User Community (PUC) for SBU, C&PS and MPM on applications like SFDC, myAeroSpace Portal, SAP Order Management as well as various Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Host the monthly communication session to increase awareness of global projects. ﹡ Create and maintain the strategic partnership between business needs in a high growth market for Honeywell Aero business in Asia Pacific. ﹡ Responsible for building business case, proposing high-level solutions, developing business requirements on Aero needs. Strategic Marketing Program ﹡ Cover the SMP Market sizing analysis and doing VOCs for 2 customers
