工作职责： Team leader for new develop client of hardline products.  Responsible for both USA and UK market for home decor, glassware, houseware, kitchenware product, seasonal product etc. Main clients including BBB, NEXT, Tesco, Sear Canada etc famous retailers.  Sourcing and recommend proper vendor to client according to client’s requirement. Has strong sourcing capability and keen judgement on factory evaluation.  Negotiate all terms and price with vendor. Has good negotiation skill.  Arrange and handle the buying trip.  Coach and assist team member communicate with both client and vendor to resolve all kinds of problem.  Good knowledge on factory audit.
