工作职责：• Perform technical customer support regarding the network solutions; accountable for the lab and field tests of the new software and hardware; perform radio product portfolio management. • Analyze data KPI and other performance counters to ensure the user experiences and their business growth; troubleshooting in response to critical network issues. • Deliver the network solutions, perform the radio product portfolio management, analyze competitor products and solutions. • Support implementing the design, drive test, antenna parameter configuration verification, etc.
