I am working on Hang Seng Bank Limited in Hong Kong after my graduation, I have different post in Hang Seng Bank. First one is the Counter Service Supervisor, this post needs to do daily counter and quality customer service in an allocated branch and provide banking products and services to incoming clients. After two year I am change the post is General Banking Manager, in this post I need to delivered differentiated services (e.g. mortgage, personal loan and account opening), actively approached prospective customers on selling general insurance products and grew and developed customer portfolios via strengthening customers relationships. I have some Major Achievements in this post, such as achieved 182% of insurance sales target (Target: $56,000/ month, Actual: 102,000/ month) and achieved 81% of mortgage sale target (Target: $11M/ month, Actual: $9M/ month) District Rank: 2/155.
