工作职责：- Following established care plans, provides personal care; bathes, grooms, dresses, and assists with meals and oral hygiene. - Provides assistance in the delivery of nursing care; takes temperature, pulse, and respiration, documents on the patient's chart, and responds to call bells/alarms. - Assists with ambulation, mobilization, transferring, and adaptive aids. - Maintains a clean and safe environment for clients.
