The Role:
Reporting to the IT Manager, Business Support or his/her delegate, the System Administrator is responsible for effective provision, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure as well as to provide first level support for business applications in ensuring IT operations are running smoothly.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain installation, operational and configuration procedures
2. Install new / rebuild existing servers / workstations and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project / operational requirements
3. Contribute to and maintain system standards
4. Perform daily system monitoring - verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs
5. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
6. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary
7. Perform system software maintenance, and apply operating system patches and upgrades in accordance with the IT system maintenance procedures, also upgrade administrative tools and utilities, configure / add new services as necessary
8. Provide first level IT hardware and software support per request from various users – investigate, troubleshoot, repair and recover; create, change and delete user accounts per request
9. Perform day-end process and ensure reports delivery to management on a timely basis
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior(s)

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
1. At least 3 to 4 years experiences in Microsoft Office365 and the products i.e. Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Flows, and Form
2. At least 4 years experiences in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
3. At least 3 years experiences in Microsoft Exchange
4. Knowledge and hands on experience of PowerShell scripts
5. Be familiar with various MS Windows based system hardware and software administration including but not limited to Office 365 suite, VMware, operating system, database system, networking, computer operation or system programming
6. Knowledge of unify communication, internet technologies and mobile technologies would be an asset
7. A diploma or bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or commerce is preferred
8. Strong teamwork skill is a must
9. Good communication skills, possess systematic & analytical problem solving ability
10. Service oriented with good interpersonal and customer relations skills
11. Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and responsiveness in completing tasks
12. Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English is a must
