Our company is now seeking Intern positions based in Vaughan, Ontario. We are looking for energetic and charismatic individuals to facilitate our operations in the area and to help customers identify and purchase services they desire. He/ She will work closely with our head office team and grow together with the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
• Pick up income phone calls and provide consulting to customers
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Determine specific scheduling requirements
• Build up and retain a long relationship with clients
• Recommend and demonstrate items that match customer needs
• Processing the paperwork for various tasks
Skills and Attributes
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic administration skills
• Able to develop and expand the relevant network
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
• 1 year experience or equivalent Sales related experience (preferred);
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

Location: Vaughan, Toronto
Licence: Drivers License (Class 5) (Preferred)
Language: English (Mandatory); Mandarin and French will be an asset.
