In 2018, The National Job Fair presented the largest edition of its history - the largest fair of its kind ever presented in Canada - with a record of 322 exhibitors (total of 454 exhibitors at the 3 fairs of our global recruitment event). Since its founding in 2006, this large-scale recruitment event has been attracting a record number of exhibitors. Since 2015, the National Job Fair has experienced a spectacular increase of 335% in its number of exhibitors, which means that in 2018, the Fair was more than 3 times larger than in 2015! A unique growth among all job fairs in Canada.
In addition to presenting numerous companies looking for candidates to fill positions in the Greater Montreal, The National Job Fair has been recognized for years for its efforts to promote the regions and attract the workforce in the regions. Regional exhibitors will shine by highlighting the benefits of living and working in their region and by promoting their regional jobs to job seekers in Greater Montreal. Nearly 150 employers and support organizations from all the administrative regions of Quebec participate in the Annual Great Seduction of Regions in Montreal, a component of the Fair embodied in our exclusive regional programs, both the Living & Working in the Region Regional Delegation Program©, presented in partnership with several Quebec regions, and our Regionalization of Immigration Program©, presented in partnership with the Regroupement des organismes de régionalisation de l'immigration du Québec (RORIQ), managed by the Table de concertation des personnes réfugiées et immigrantes du Québec (TCRI). A special welcome is reserved for immigrants. Exhibitors from across Quebec will show you the many job opportunities and the many attractions of life in the region.
The National Job Fair (employment and training recruitment for adults) is one of the three components of our annual global recruitment event. The other two components are The National Education Fair and The Study & Stay Abroad Fair (education and training recruitment for Youth and Adults). Our event consists of a trio of stand-alone fairs with complementary themes that are presented simultaneously in strategic cohabitation in two adjacent exhibition halls. Together, the three fairs are Canada's largest and most comprehensive career and recruitment event for 13 years (combined participation of 454 exhibitors and partners and more than 20,000 unique visitors in 2018). The event allows visitors to access jobs, shape and maximize the development of their career path, and make academic choices. It is an event to prepare for your future or to prepare to change it.
